Are reservations required?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to
make sure that the space that you want is available when you
need it, we recommend that you make an advance
reservation.
Is my stuff insured?
Your
homeowner's policy may cover you, or you can apply for
separate coverage from many insurance
companies. We do not offer insurance for your
belongings. Insurance is your
responsibility.
What
is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one
week.
What type of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Personal
Checks and Cash. You can arrange to have your rent
automatically charged to your credit card, or deducted from
your checking account.
What type of identification will I need to rent?
You will need a valid driver's
license or federal ID, or a current
passport.
What are your
general rules?
Smoking and the use of illegal
substances or alcohol is prohibited. Firearms are also
prohibited.
What are your Prohibited Items?
Any living being, used tires,
firearms, explosives, flammables of any kind (gas, diesel,
kerosene, oil, paint, etc.), illegal substances or related
paraphernalia, stolen goods, hazardous items of any kind,
hazardous waste material of any kind, items that produce
odors of any kind. Management reserves the right to refuse
storage of anything deemed
inappropriate.
What
are your prohibited activities?
Garage sales, auctions,
flea market sales or other public sales, Working or living in
the unit. This includes working on cars, motorcycles,
hobbies, crafting, etc. Any illegal use of any
kind.
